  Furryarns guarantees that your new wash-fast yarn will resist bleeding for as many washes as you put it through, for a period of 60 days (from date of receipt).

  If your yarns bleed in the wash during those first 60 days, simply let us know.  We'll give you a FREE CREDIT for the full value of your yarn.  Just let us know, then return it to us. No hassles, no worries. (see important rules below)
  
• Items must be cared for properly.  Although 100% wash-fast, failure to properly care for your yarns voids the guarantee.

• For best results, and to limit sun exposure (sunlight can adversely affect the color fastness of dyes on natural fibers), be sure to keep your creations tucked neatly away in a cool, dark place.
 
• If an item is to be returned, please include the item, as well as a detailed letter describing what happened.  This will aid us in strengthening our incredibly detailed and technical hand-painting process.
  
• Guarantee valid EVERYWHERE.  Originally, our guarantee only covered the United States.  We've just expanded it to cover our yarns to every destination on Earth.		   How can we offer such an amazing, unheard of guarantee?  Simple.  You asked for it.  For a long time now, our customers have known about the remarkable wash-fast properties of our yarns. Lately, we've heard that other companies' yarns were bleeding all over the place.  Not just in the first wash, but in the second and third, too.  You told us this was just crazy and very frustrating.  You've gone to the trouble of finding wonderful colors, so why shouldn't those colors last and last?  Well, now there is a way to have your cake and eat it too.
  
  Our secret hand-painting techniques have been tested in various water conditions all over the United States -- from soft water to hard water and everything in between.
  
  We didn't stop there.  Our special dyes have been tested in every major brand of laundry detergent -- from mild to wild -- including all the well known name brands, as well as the store label brands.  Only the very harshest of detergents damaged our colorways (they also damaged the yarn, so be VERY careful!!).
